Bourbon Citrus Berry Cocktail
Bourbon Citrus Berry Cocktail

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Yield: 1

Ingredients:
  • 2 ounces of your favorite Bourbon
  • fresh blackberries
  • orange wheel, plus zest from half an orange
  • 1/2 cup raw sugar
  • 2 ounces Blueberry-Pomegranate Aloe H2O
  • ice
Instructions:
For garnish: Mix orange zest and all but about a teaspoon of raw sugar. Set aside to let flavors infuse. For drink: Muddle orange wheel, 4 blackberries, and a pinch (or up to a teaspoon) of raw sugar in a mixing tin. Add bourbon, Aloe H2O, and some ice. Rim cocktail glass with the orange sugar. Shake and strain contents of mixing tin into glass over ice to serve. Cheers!

Apple Chia Smoothie

There’s something about this Apple Chia Smoothie that is intensely satisfying — it’s cold, creamy and so perfectly encapsulates autumnal flavors (cinnamon, nutmeg, fresh apples). And adding a serving of Lily’s aloe gel (amplified with Aloesorb™) and a serving of chia seeds (those little fellas provide more Omega-3s than salmon!) leaves you feeling oh-so good. But, take it from us: the key to this recipe is to make sure the ingredients are cold (or you can add ice), and that the smoothie is blended ultra-well.

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Yield: 1

Ingredients:
  • 1 apple, cored and roughly chopped
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 - 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • pinch nutmeg
  • thin slice fresh, minced ginger
  • 1-2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon natural vanilla extract
  • 2 ounces Lily of the Desert Aloe Vera Gel
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients together and enjoy!

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 cup Peach-Mango Aloe H2O
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients together, and enjoy!

Aloe Detox Juice

Make sure you get your daily serving of veggies, and while you’re at it, make it hot. This Aloe Detox Juice recipe calls for produce you probably already have in your fridge, including a jalapeno — just in case you need some extra help waking up this morning!

Ingredients:
  • 1 apple, cored and roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 3 stalks of celery
  • 1 large carrot
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded (optional)
  • 2 oz Lily of the Desert Aloe Vera Juice
Instructions:
Juice all produce. Mix with Aloe vera juice and serve immediately. (Drink over ice if you prefer.)

  • juice of 1/2 cucumber

Next time you have an early morning, spend about 15 minutes the night before prepping this recipe, stick it in the fridge and forget about it until you’re walking out the door. You won’t be sorry!

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1-2 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1/4 cup diced banana (or enough to fill the jar)
  • 2 ounces Lily of the Desert Aloe Vera Juice
Instructions:
In a jar, add oats, almond milk, chia seeds, yogurt, cacao powder, honey, and aloe juice. Put lid on jar and shake until well combined. Remove lid, add bananas and stir until mixed throughout. Return lid to jar and refrigerate overnight or up to 3 days. Eat chilled.

Cranberry Honeydew Smoothie

This Cranberry Honeydew Smoothie is another convenient 5-ingredient recipe that we can totally get behind. The sweetness of honeydew is pleasantly tempered by 100% cranberry juice, and plain Greek yogurt and a banana make for excellent nutrient and texture contributors. The hardest part about this recipe is remembering to cube the honeydew and get it into the freezer ahead of time. But, if you’re not much one for day-before prepping, no worries. Just add ice to the recipe as needed.

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup honeydew, cubed and frozen
  • 1/2 cup 100% cranberry juice

  • 1 banana
  • 2 oz Lily of the Desert Aloe Vera Gel
Instructions:
Cube and freeze honeydew ahead of time. Blend all ingredients together and serve.

  • 1/2 cup pineapple + 1/2 cup juice
  • handful shredded coconut
  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 oz Lily of the Desert Aloe Vera Juice
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients together, adding pineapple juice as needed. Enjoy!

Yield: 8

Ingredients:
  • your favorite sun tea
  • 1 gallon of water
  • Mix n' Go Lemonade flavor
  • fresh mint and lemon for garnish
Instructions:
Make one gallon of your favorite sun tea. Cool in fridge. When ready to serve, pour a 16 oz serving of tea and dissolve 1 packet of Aloe Mix n' Go Lemonade flavor into it. Add ice and garnish with mint and lemon. Voilà!

Ginger Lavender Fizz

What could be better than sitting on the porch, sipping a sparkling ginger and lavender infused Aloe vera water? The answer is nothing. Try our Ginger Lavender Fizz and see for yourself.

Prep Time: 1 hour, 15 minutes

Yield: 6

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup grated ginger
  • ½ cup dried lavender flowers
  • 1 cup raw sugar
  • 6 cups water
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • seltzer water
  • Lily of the Desert Aloe Vera Gel
Instructions:
Heat 6 cups of water on stove; add raw sugar, grated, ginger, and dried lavender. Simmer on stove for 30 minutes, or until sugar is dissolved and ginger and lavender have infused to your desired strength of flavor. Take off stove, strain and cool in fridge. When fully cooled, add almond extract and 2 oz Aloe Vera Gel per serving. When ready to serve, pour over ice and top with seltzer water. Kick back and enjoy!
