Business is great! Mortgage Solutions of Colorado, LLC, is growing and plans to expand in other parts of the country. As a result, we have a unique opportunity for several individuals with mortgage experience to join the wholesale/correspondent/retail lending team as a Loan Coordinator. These individuals must believe in superior customer service and enjoy working in a high performing environment where integrity and honesty are paramount!

 

 

 

As a Loan Coordinator some of your responsibilities may include:

 

  • Review initial file submission

 

  • Review LC checklist to make sure ineligible loans are not submitted to underwriting

 

  • Verify NMLS details

 

  • Create new loan number

 

  • Pull FHA case number

 

  • Stack file in EDM

 

  • Follow up on missing items

 

  • Verify AUS findings

 

  • Initial MSF disclosure through IDS

 

  • Look at disclosures and record in EDM

 

  • Pull reports: credit report, MERS, AVM, flood, appraisal info

 

  • Upload company EPLS

 

  • Input title/escrow and closing agent fields, AUS findings finalized to MSF, credit scores, credit information, flood cert and 1003 information

 

  • Submit file into underwriting queue

 

  • Record conditions on all files submitted to underwriting received status

 

  • Email brokers/AE/Conditions/LP/AE/Branch Manager notification on status and current turn times

 

  • Pull lock report for re-disclosure

 

  • Re-disclose GFE and TIL

 

  • Review, log and track GFE’s before a submission has been received

 

  • Cancel loans and complete HMDA, keep track on GFE reject review log

 

  • Send denial notices

 

  • Follow up on missing minimum submission requirements Skills/Knowledge/Behaviors:

This is a full-time, 8:00 to 5:00, Monday through Friday position. The office is located off of North Academy and Union Boulevard. Overtime may be required based on business needs. This role pays in the $13.00/$15.00 per hour range, DOE. Employees are benefit-eligible after two full months and begin accruing PTO after six months.
